Maddy O'Reilly (born Emily Nicholson) is an American adult film star and director.

O'Reilly has stated that her family has "a strong German background" and "just a little bit" of Irish ancestry. She said she was a sex addict as a teen and that's one of the reasons she started doing porn.

O'Reilly came across a "Models Wanted" link while viewing pornography. She filled out the application and was contacted three days later to shoot her first three scenes. Before working as a pornographic actress, O'Reilly worked as a car salesperson at CarMax and was a waitress at Chili's.

O'Reilly states that if she weren't in the adult film industry, she would probably be working with animals. She does volunteer work for the Humane Society, such as fostering dogs in her spare time.

O'Reilly identifies as bisexual.
