Sarah Villegas is a professional bodybuilder from the United States who competed in the Women's Physique division. She is best known for winning the Miss Olympia title in 2020, becoming the first Mexican-American woman to do so.
Villegas began her fitness journey in her early 20s, initially working out to cope with personal struggles.
