A lot of people who browse on "Rising Stars" vote higher than the averge user. And since "Rising Stars" models don't have many votes before, a few 10s will get these up to Top 25 easily. I don't mind it, because this way these profiles get more visibility and then the average rating can get a bit more confidence.
