Gina LaMarca is an American porn star and was Penthouse Pet of the Month in May 1993 and Penthouse Pet of the Year for 1995.

LaMarcha was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was chosen as Penthouse magazine's Pet of the Month in May 1993 and later as Pet of the Year in 1995. In the mid-1990s, she made the move from magazine pages to adult videos. Her best-known appearance was in Philip Mond's big-budget hardcore production, Zazel. After a brief adult film career, with appearances in only a handful of hardcore titles, she abandoned the porn industry altogether, allegedly to work as a film makeup artist.

She is sometimes credited as Gina La Marca or under her former married name, Gina Severini.
