Raised in a close-knit community in Lviv, Anna grew up in a supportive family with parents who were both teachers. As a child, she was drawn to fashion, often experimenting with clothing and expressing herself through her appearance.

Standing at 5 feet 10 inches (177 cm) with a slim, athletic build, brown hair, and hazel eyes, Anna quickly gained attention for her striking supermodel appearance.

Her portfolio includes 376 covers, 321 photosets, and 55 videos, showcasing her versatility across softcore and hardcore content. She has worked with prominent platforms like Playboy Plus and OnlyFans, where she shares exclusive modeling content, often alongside her husband, Dean (Danny) Ralphs, who appears in her adult scenes in blowjob, vaginal, and anal content. Anna has not shot adult content with other men. She has done three lesbian scenes. All were massage scenes for Hegre-Art.
