August is a Toronto-based actress, writer, director, and glamour model, who specializes in independent horror movies. Despite her love for acting, she followed a different career and educational path before breaking into the movie industry, working at a veterinary clinic and running her aesthetics spa, the latest something she still does as a side job. She is an accomplished make-up artist, graduating with honours from Canadian Beauty Collage and has a diploma in Medical Aesthetics.
Following an assault experience that interrupted her first effort to break into the film business in 2000, it was not until the Covid-19 outbreak that she realized she wanted to give the acting industry another try. She has appeared in multiple low-budget horror movies. August is a Vegan.
