Bell is an Australian netball player.

Charlie is a tall strong athlete who has impressed at all junior levels of the game. She took her opportunities at Queensland Firebirds as a training partner and improved her strength, conditioning and mindset. The result was an impressive Australian Netball Championship campaign with the Queensland Sapphires, where she played almost every game and helped them to the Grand Final. Charlie came away from the tournament boasting the top scoring and most accurate shooting title. She also put the netball world on notice.

In 2023, Charlie was in her second year as a Firebirds training partner , when the opportunity arose to take up a permanent replacement player role with Sunshine Coast Lightning arose. She jumped at the chance and has continued to impress. She more than held her own at Team Girls Cup and has impressed with some strong, promising performance off the bench for Sunshine Coast Lightning in the SSN this season.

Charlie is sure to be a bright star in the netball landscape for many years to come.
