Debbie King is an English former television presenter who is best known as the founder and host of ITV quiz show Quizmania. Debbie also founded the London School of Modelling, which was subject of the ITV2 reality television series "Models, Misfits and Mayhem." King was the founder as well as one of the original presenters of the late night ITV game show Quizmania.
In 2003 King began TV presenting as a young reporter, and worked as a researcher and Assistant Producer for Granada TV’s This Morning, Planet 24’s The Big Breakfast, Nickelodeon, The Disney Channel and BBC1’s A Family of My Own. As a young reporter, King was sent to interview leading politicians such as Ken Livingstone and Glenda Jackson.
In March 2007, King opened the digital television station Game in TV. She also presented "whereits.at" and "Talk About" on Sky, "9 Live" on E4, Playzone on Game in TV and ITV's "Celebrity Knickers" with Linda Lusardi and her own 8-part series of "King Of The Road".
In 2008, King began co-presenting an Internet podcast called StudentCooking.TV and she also appeared live on Living TV's Market Kitchen. The show received a Royal Television Society Yorkshire Region Award in 2008 for Best Contribution to New Media.
King appeared on the BBC series Mary Queen of Shops (Series 4 Episode 5) and used John Peers as a personal shopper.
In 2009 King set up The London School of Modelling, which trains aspiring models and finds them work. The school has become the subject of the ITV2 reality television series Models Misfits and Mayhem.
