Debora A Kelly

Debora A and Kelly are two separate modeling names of hers; why are they combined into one for this page?

Because they are trying to organize all pages of the same woman on one Babe Page, regardless of however many names the woman has used in her career.
Why would you want 42 aliases having one page each when you could have ONE page where all 42 aliases are listed together?

Not what I mean. One of her aliases is Debora A and another is Kelly. Usually they'll have a name like "Debora A (MerArt)" in the name field to search on and list her modeling names as Debora A, Kelly, etc.

The names belong to the same chick.
Why would she need two different pages?
They are trying to consolidate the AKAs of different models so you have all AKAs for ONE model listed on ONE page.
Not seeing the disconnect here.
If you're not seeing all the AKAs you want to see, click the little "i" at the top of the page by her name (in the orange circle after the names) so you can see the list.
