Emilie Nef Naf was born on December 14, 1987, in Lille.
In 2009, at the age of 22, she participated in the reality TV show Secret Story 3, which aired during the summer of 2009, and emerged as the winner.
Her secret was being the worst enemy of Vanessa, another contestant, who had stolen her man a few weeks before the show, even though they were best friends.
Carrying her secret to the end, the young woman pocketed €186,000.
In 2011, she also participated in the reality TV show Les anges de la télé-réalité 3.
Using her winnings, Emilie, then a young hairdresser, opened a beauty salon in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, which she named Secret Beauty.
Soon after, she began applying hair extensions, even creating her own brand.

In her personal life, Emilie Nef Naf shares her life with French professional footballer (Soccer player) Jérémy Ménez (AS Monaco, PSG, AC Milan), whom she met in a Parisian restaurant.
In March 2016, Emilie Nef Naf confirmed her breakup with Jérémy Ménez after a four-year romance.
In December 2016, on her birthday, Emilie announced her reunion with the father of her children, Jérémy Ménez, on social media.
The couple later separated for good.
