Hana Nitsche is a German model. She became known in 2007 as the third-place winner of Germany's Next Top Model.

Nitsche won the Model of the World Germany competition in 2005. In 2007, she took part in the casting show Germany's Next Top Model, where she came third in the final. Since taking part in the show, she has modeled in fashion shows for Unrath & Strano, Mango, Allude, Guido Maria Kretschmer and Lena Hoschek. Since 2005, she appeared in editorials and on covers of the magazines Harper's Bazaar (Arabia), Elle (Turkey), Maxim (Germany, US), Glamor, FHM (Germany, France, Netherlands), Cosmopolitan (Cyprus), Women's Health (US), Spoil Me (Greece) and GQ (Italy). This was followed by photo shoots and PR appearances for the companies Anson's, C&A, Karstadt, Volvo, Opel, Herbal Essences and Esprit. She also advertised for the New York City-based department store Lord & Taylor in a commercial that was broadcast on US television.

She also appeared in music videos, including by Marquess, Barış Akarsu, Michael Mind and Max Mutzke. She had a supporting role in the 2009 film Men's Hearts. For a photo shoot for the fashion brand Camp David, she stood in front of the camera together with Swedish model Marcus Schenkenberg and was photographed naked in 2011 for the animal rights organization PETA's anti-fur campaign. She was seen on the catwalk for Stephan Pelger at Fashion Week Berlin 2011. Maxim magazine featured her on their cover of the October issue in 2016 and ranked her number one on the "Hot 100." In January 2017, she took part in the singing competition It Takes 2 on RTL. Hana Nitsche has been the patron of the “Health Center Jattaba” in Gambia since June 2020.
