Tsumugi Hara (原つむぎ) is a Japanese gravure idol and variety talent known for her amazing ass.

Originally, she pursued a career in education, studying to become a nursery school teacher during her university years. However, after she graduated and began searching for teaching positions, she started to question whether this was truly the path she wanted to follow.

During this period of uncertainty, she discovered the Miss Flash competition. Although she didn't take home the title, her participation caught the attention of industry professionals which led to her becoming a gravure idol.

As of August 2024 she has released 16 image videos as well as numerous photo books.

Her special talents include her amazing soft ass and comedic survival games. She also has experience in classical ballet.

She is part of the amateur comedy duo Bikini Creators (ビキニクリエイター) together with the YouTuber nankotsu (軟骨!). They participated in the 2021 and 2023 M-1 Grand Prix qualifying rounds.

Her hobbies include karaoke, survival games, riding exciting theme park rides and looking at cute girls.

She is a baseball fan and a fan of the Yomiuri Giants and collects professional baseball cards.
