Helena Zet'ová (7 November 1980 in Valasské Meziříčí - 20 December 2024 in Prostřední Bečva) was a Czech singer.
She started her singing career at the age of fifteen - until 1998 she toured with a rock band. Then, in Lanzarote, Spain, she performed with an American group.
In October 2000, while filming for TV Nova, she first met Tereza Černochová and Tereza Kerndlova, and in April 2001 they formed the girl group Black Milk, whose first album Modrej dým was released in June 2002. In the same year they won the Czech Nightingale in the category of Discovery of the Year. In 2003, the band released the album Seven Times. In 2004, the band began to have disagreements and in the spring of 2005 the singers decided to end their collaboration.
In October 2005, Zetova released her first solo album, Ready To Roll, and in the same year she received the title of "Jumper of the Year" in the Czech Nightingale Awards. In March 2008 she released her second album Crossing Bridges. In the same year, Zetova planned to release the album in Greece for Greek listeners - but this never happened.
In 2011, she sang the character "Dream Girl" in the first Czech 3D film V peřině. In 2020, she released the album Consequences, on which Ondřej Brzobohatý contributed musically, and they also recorded a duet with American musician Frank McComb. It was the first time that Zet'ova was involved as a composer.
Helena Zet'ova died tragically on December 20, 2024 in the village of Prostřední Bečva, where she lived.
