Nepalese American beauty pageant winner known for competing in Miss Universe in the year 2023, for her work as a body positivity advocate, and for becoming the first plus-size contestant to participate in an international beauty pageant competition. She became a nurse and business developer and worked in those sectors until becoming involved in both the body positivity movement and beauty pageant competitions. She also began modeling after getting involved in the competitions.

She has polycystic ovarian syndrome which led to her weight struggles. She became an advocate to support women with the condition and to support women with mental health issues that often stem from the condition.
