About Jenna Elfman
Jenna Elfman was born on September 30, 1971 in Los Angeles, California. She made her acting debut in 1992 in an uncredited role in the series Murder, She Wrote. This was followed by guest appearances in several other television shows, including The George Carlin Show, The Monroes and Roseanne. She then played a main role in the short-lived series Townies.
In 1997, she found greater fame for her portrayal of Dharma in the comedy series Dharma & Greg, playing the part until 2002. Her performance in the show received critical praise, winning her a Golden Globe for Best Actress, as well as three Primetime Emmy nominations. She has since had notable roles in other television shows such as Courting Alex, Accidentally on Purpose, 1600 Penn and Growing Up Fisher.
