Late in 2014, she announced via Twitter that she was pregnant with her first child. Regular updates on her size have followed. In July 2015, she announced that she had given birth; the following month (August 2015) she talked about how her boobs had gotten so big that they clapped together as she walked; that she was no longer able to paint her toenails because of her boobs; and that her old 32K bras were now too small for her.

Asked directly on Twitter what her current size was, in December 2016, she responded that she was 36L, while a few months later in May 2017, she updated her size to 34M (UK)/34P (US).

Karla's dramatic increase in bust size is most likely due to an increase in overall weight.

As of November 2024, Karla has amassed 600,000 followers on her Instagram platform.

TV biker Jesse James was married to Karla James for twelve years and they have two children babe Chandler James and son Jesse Jr.
