Finalist in Miss Universe 1959 after coming third in Miss Europe in the same year, her relatively short film career developed mainly along the lines of Italian comedy. Above all, she embodied characters of a busty and ditzy beauty, at times funny and in any case always tenderly sexy.
In 1962 she won the "Miss Italia" beauty contest.
In July 1977 the actress appeared in the Italian edition of Playboy.
