She began her career in 1982 as a sports broadcast presenter on the Roman television GBR. In 1984 he arrived on the RAI networks thanks to Piero Ottone and his program The rules of the game (a weekly political show), in which he presented recorded films. From 1986 to 1994 he hosted the external connections of Unomattina, with more than one hundred and fifty locations and situations reported live from every part of Italy and the world. His experience and his interest in everyday reality deepened with Utile e futile, a daily information and service column which he hosted in the studio from 1994 to 1996. In 1996 he returned to sport presenting La Domenica Sportiva on Rai 3 alongside Jacopo Foxes.
