Nikki Belzano (born August 7, 1983 in Brooklyn, New York) is a Las Vegas cocktail waitress and former model.
Nikki was a cheerleader all throughout high school. She started modeling at 21. She met her husband on the set of a SpikeTV.com MMA radio show in 2010 in Princeton, New Jersey. They moved to Las Vegas in 2011.
Nikki has had 10 breast augmentations since she was 21. Her first breast augmentation was a transumbilical breast augmentation (TUBA) of 400cc.
That was later followed up with several revisions including an upgrade to 700cc silicone, reverting back to saline and upgrading to 830cc, which was followed with several reconstructive procedures after beating her battle with sepsis. In December 2018 she had that set revised to reach the 1000cc club.
In the summer of 2016, on her birthday, Nikki was diagnosed with a deadly sepsis infection, putting her in septic shock and in ICU for nearly 5 days. After beating the 50/50 mortality odds, Nikki spends a lot of her time as an advocate for Sepsis.org in hopes to raise awareness of this common, and usually fatal condition. Several months after her recovery, Nikki's story went internationally viral.
Nikki's former modeling work included Playboy TV's Hottest Girls of New York City, Playboy's Naked Happy Girls, Playboy Golf New Jersey, ring girl for ESPN's Friday Night Fights, Maxim Hometown Hotties 2008, Maxim Hometown Hotties 2009, FHM Honeys-New Jersey, Featured "MMA Hot Babe" on Bleacher Report.
