Roxanne Barcelo , who also goes by her screen name "Roxee B", is a singer, actress, model, and host born in America of Filipino heritage. She hails from the US State of Virginia.
At 8 years old she won a singing contest, "Best Of The Best". Roxanne started modeling at a young age and as a child she hosted a kids show called "The Kid Show" on ESPN. At the age of 13 her family had relocated back to the Philippines where she became a contestant on "Metropop Search" featured on the GMA Network. Roxee became a notable personality on the network appearing in several shows and drama series.
