I've been somewhat following Saaya and her career since I first heard about her in 2005, not because of her modeling photos but because of the controversy of how her pictures were used and how young she was at the time, just 11. I was 16 at the time but still weirded out that apparently making bikini models of out of 11 year olds was ok in Japan, even if that 11 year old has somehow developed way past her age. No idea how Japan is in terms of that now, but I remember worrying for her, thinking "oh man, seeing how even child actors tend to crash and burn when they grow up, I hope she'll be ok in 10 or 20 years". I remembered her name and checked her out once she had gotten older, and man those early images indicated just what a gem she'd turn out to be. I thought she'd disappear after that but to my surprise she recently started putting out gravure videos again. I'm just so happy she seems to have turned out ok, I don't think you can fake a smile like that. Hopefully her acting and singing is doing ok too, kinda sad if all you've got to your name in your late 20s is modeling which you started doing when you were 11, lol.
