Not one to be pushed around, Sandra will stand up for herself and isn’t afraid to keep her fellow players on their toes.
As a personal trainer, a VIP supervisor at a night club and creator of her own activewear label, Sandra is motivated and excited to play the game. She says: “I think what keeps me going and motivates me to work hard is knowing my parents worked really hard to bring my whole family to Australia and give me the life I have. I don’t want to waste that. I see myself as a winner in life because I choose to see everything through to the end and I won’t stop until I get what I want”.
Her plan to get to the end involves two phases and she says the first will be to sit back and observe and then she’ll strike. Sandra says: “My second phase will be working out what to do with the information, form alliances and use my skills of manipulation to get to the end. I love this game because it’s all about mental strategy, emotional resilience, and physical challenges.
“Any friendships I form in the game are purely strategic. I’m going in to win and if I need to cut those friendships loose at the end, then I will”.
