Born in Venice, she began studying dance at the age of four and at fifteen she made her debut in the musical "Benvenuti a Broadway" with the participation of Raffaele Paganini. In 1991 she began working as a sports journalist and presenter for the Umbrian broadcasters TeF and Umbria TV, starting to get noticed in the world of entertainment.
Sarah works as a chorister on Rai Uno in Numero 1 with Pippo Baudo and in the cinema with Tinto Brass, acting naked in 1995 in Fermo posta Tinto Brass and in 2003 as a co-protagonist, again naked, in Fallo! which will also make it known in the United States, Spain and some eastern countries.
In the wake of this success, Sarah is the protagonist of the 2004 calendar of the magazine "Boss", distributed by Edizioni Ecco, signed by the photographer Roberto Rocchi. Between 1995 and 2004 she will star, often naked, in numerous other films alongside actors such as Massimo Wertmüller, Lorenzo Flaherty and Giorgio Faletti and television commercials, including the commercial for Chocofriends Bahlsen which earned her a nomination at Cannes (advertising).
