About Sarah Nurse
Sarah Nurse (born January 4, 1995) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player with PWHL Toronto of the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL) and the Canadian women's national ice hockey team. She made her debut with the national team at the 2015 4 Nations Cup. In 2018, she represented Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics where she won a silver medal. Her success continued as she scored the opening goal in the 2022 Gold medal game where Team Canada defeated the United States 3–2.
Nurse was drafted second overall by the Toronto Furies in the 2018 CWHL Draft.
On September 6, 2023, Nurse signed a three-year deal with the Toronto franchise of the newly-formed new PWHL.
