Calyx Harmony Hampton is an American professional wrestler. As of March 2024, she is signed to the wrestling promotion WWE, where she performs on the NXT brand, under the ring name Sol Ruca.

Ruca was a part of a new batch of recruits signed to the WWE Performance Center in March 2022, and had no previous experience with professional wrestling, instead coming from an acrobatics and tumbling background. She made her in-ring debut at a house show on June 24 in Jacksonville, and, a few months later, made her TV debut on the September 27, 2022 episode of NXT 2.0, facing off against Amari Miller, which ended in a victory for Ruca. On December 10, 2022, Ruca gained viral fame for her innovative finisher, a Springboard Backflip Cutter, used in another match against Amari Miller on WWE NXT Level Up. Ruca later credited her experience in acrobatic gymnastics as the source of her inspiration for the move. In April it was reported she ruptured her ACL, which required surgery and a long-term absence.

On February 9, 2024, Ruca returned to WWE NXT during the Crystal River, Florida NXT House Show.

Hampton is of African and Caucasian descent.

As of November 2024, Sol has amassed 188,000 followers on Instagram and 528,200 followers on her TikTok platform.
