About Sunny McKay
Australia's first porn superstar, Sunny was discovered by porn director John T. Bone in 1989 when he was filming and scouting for local talent there. Sunny was doing some modeling and had won a number of bikini contests and was interested in becoming a Playboy Playmate. Bone said he knew he hit the jackpot with McKay and she would instantly become one of the most popular porn performers in the U.S. with her Aussie accent, blue eyes, pretty face, tall toned body, and long curly blonde hair.
Sunny was a firecracker on camera, capable of heating up any porno plot with an injection of pure lust and enthusiasm. Sunny's first film was 1989's 'Behind Blue Eyes 3. Sunny eventually retired in 1994 with just over 100 titles to her credit. Even though she was still popular, McKay cited her retirement to burning out and wanting to return full-time to Australia. After retiring, McKay wrote a sex column in Australian tabloids and talked about owning and running her own porn company in Australia, but nothing came of it.
