Trisha Kay Paytas (born May 8, 1988), known as Trisha "Trish" Paytas, is an American actress, entertainer, plus-size model, author, YouTube personality, podcaster and porn star. She is known for her appearance on the seventh season of America's Got Talent in 2012 as well as her appearances on the television shows Millionaire Matchmaker, Who Wants to Be a Superhero? and My Strange Addiction.

Paytas was born in Riverside, California, to Frank and Lenna (née Kant). Paytas was raised outside Rockford, Illinois in the city of Freeport. At 15, Paytas relocated to California to live with her father and brother, and enrolled in a Catholic online school program. She returned to Illinois to live with her mother at age 16, attending high school in Pecatonica.

Paytas has had several public long-term relationships. Paytas dated American dancer Sean van der Wilt from 2014 to 2016 and American YouTuber Jason Nash from 2017 to 2019. Since 2020, she has been dating Israeli artist Moses Hacmon, and the pair got engaged in December 2020. Paytas has identified with different religious beliefs throughout her life, mainly Roman Catholicism.

Paytas has mentioned that she has suffered from unspecified mental illness; she has exhibited traits of borderline personality disorder in her videos. In an interview with H3 Podcast, Paytas admitted she used to have substance abuse problems and was once hospitalized after a methamphetamine overdose. She said her main issues were from ages 19 until 22, followed by five years of sobriety, and several minor relapses. Paytas has stated that her main addiction was to prescription pills.

As of June 2025, Trisha has amassed 1.7 million followers on Instagram and 5.15 million subscribers on her YouTube platform.
