Improving Our Cup Size Input System: What We Did & Why

Here at Babepedia, we’re all about making the site better based on user feedback! For a long time, improving the bra/cup size handling was the #1 request on our feedback page. To be honest, we struggled with how to handle this. We wanted it to be simple, accurate, and clear for everyone, no matter where you are in the world.

The Challenge

We knew that cup sizing could get tricky. US, UK, EU, AU, and JP sizes don’t always match up, and just showing a single size wasn’t cutting it. On top of that, many users felt the original input format didn’t fully capture their preferences, especially if they were more familiar with an international system. We wanted something betterโ€”a streamlined setup that could handle all these variations with ease.

We also wanted to limit input to certain values, to allow for better lists in the future.

What We Decided

After a lot of brainstorming and reading user comments, we landed on a system that lets you choose your band size and cup size separately from dropdown menus. The input is done using the US system.

We made sure to:

  • Support every possible combination.
  • Include major international sizes (US, UK, EU, AU, JP) with built-in converters so you can see your size in different systems. See the screenshot below.
  • Keep things flexible and user-friendly, prefilling all biographies based on existing data (which was a challenge).
  • Allow extra notes for any personal preferences or details that might not fit in the dropdowns alone. This is meant for when there is uncertainty or to list old sizes.

Update 30/10/2024

We’ve updated our advanced search as well as our two lists in the breasts category (Real And Big Breasts Top 100 and Small Breasts Top 100).

We Need Your Feedback!

There’s always room to improve and there may be some bugs in there. We’d love to hear your thoughts.

Drop your feedback in the comments below. Every bit of feedback is welcome, even if it’s negative or you don’t care. Thanks for helping us!

  1. This is still on the to-do list. See this line in the article: “We still need to update the listings and advanced search, but thatโ€™s for the coming days. “
