IFBB Pro Figure Competitor and GNC sponsored athlete, Allison Frahn was born and raised in the New York/New Jersey area. She has an identical twin named Lauren and a sister named Kristen. She is one of three daughters born to Jane and Wayne Frahn.
She underwent brain surgery in 1998 while a freshman at the University of Delaware. The surgery successfully removed benign granuloma.
Founder and operator of Alli's Slim Pickins, a nutrition business focused on protein-rich original recipes.
