An OnlyFans porn model died after falling from her hotel balcony after inviting two men over to film a threesome. According to the Mirror, Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, also known by her stage name Anna Polly, was found dead in the ground-floor courtyard of the Mont Blanc Apart Hotel in Rio de Janeiro last week. Brazilian law enforcement is investigating the incident after the two male scene partners provided inconsistent accounts of the events that led to Alves’ death. The police are reviewing CCTV hotel footage and have interrogated the hotel’s staff.
The Mirror reports that Alves was filming a pornographic scene with the two men shortly before she died. No arrests have been made as law enforcement continues their investigation. “We are conducting a thorough investigation to clarify what happened. It’s a complex case, and we don’t rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime,” said a spokesperson for the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit.
The autopsy results have not been made public so it is unclear if Alves had any drugs in her system or faced violence before plunging from the balcony. Pedro Henrique, Alves’ boyfriend said on social media that he hopes investigators thoroughly investigate and get to the bottom of the tragedy.

There are conflicting ages given at the time of her passing from 26 to 31. Although 27 is the most cited age.
