Aylin Alp is a German nude model of Turkish origins who also is a psychology and educational theories student. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for March 2012 issue of German Playboy magazine and one of the few Muslim descendants who have posed nude, defying their ancestor's cultural values.

According to an interview published in the Hamburg Morgenpost (Hamburg Morning Star) was Aylin's brother, who has a subscription to the magazine, the person who encouraged her to pose nude for Playboy. About her initial reaction to exposure, Aylin admitted feeling a bit insecure at first, but later enjoyed the experience. "the photo team was very professional and supported me during the sessions" she said, adding she used to look her brother's magazines and was awared of the revealing nature of the photos. "My brother finds it cool. He is absolutely proud of me. I have not grown up Muslim so there were no doubts" She has also told that her parents don't know about the glamour photoshoot, but she doesn't care about it.
