Carolin Gräfin von der Groeben (born February 13, 1995 in Cologne) is a German actress, journalist, voice actress and radio presenter. She comes from the noble von der Groeben family and is the daughter of sports journalist Alexander von der Groeben and news presenter Ulrike von der Groeben (née Elfes).
She began dubbing at a young age. In 2004, for example, she dubbed Peppa Pig in the series of the same name. Further dubbing and acting roles followed. From 2008 to 2011, for example, she appeared in the German soap opera “Alles was zählt” ("All That Matters").
Since 2019, she has been working as a reporter for the “Y-Kollektiv”, part of the German video-on-demand service “funk”, which is operated by the public broadcasters ARD and ZDF.
In April 2022, she published a controversial report entitled “30 Tage Challenge: So schwierig war es, keinen Alkohol zu trinken!” (30-Day Challenge: This is how difficult it was not to drink alcohol!). In the report, Groeben claimed that she solves her problems with alcohol and that it is normal for her to go drinking several times a week. Critics therefore accused her of alcohol abuse and trivializing alcohol.
In 2022, she hosted several formats for the erotic website Ersties.com.
