Eileen Roca Torralvo was born on September 26, 1986 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to a Chilean mother (Eduvigis Torralvo) and a Brazilian father (Jorge Albero Roca). At the time of her birth, her mother was a professor of medicine, and was studying specializations in Brazil. Eileen came to Valledupar (Colombia) at a very early age, the city where she was raised.

Before her participation in the Miss Colombia contest, she studied Social Communication and Journalism at the University of La Sabana in Chía. She speaks English and Portuguese.
