Giovanna Rei is an Italian actress.
Neapolitan, she made her debut in the theater in 1995, while in 1998 she appears on the film screens with the films "L'ultimo Capodanno", directed by Marco Risi and "I volontari" directed by Domenico Costanzo.
In the same year she appeared on television in the miniseries "La Piovra 9 - Il patto di Giacomo Battiato" and, interpreting Carmela, is co -protagonist of the successful "Anni 50" series by Carlo Vanzina.
She lives her television exploit in 2001, with the singular film "Il protagonista", who sees her in the role of Carolina intent on making a young man in love to live a story similar to the Truman Show.
