About Heather Kozar
Heather Kozar is an American nude model and was Playmate of the Month in January 1998 and Playmate of the Year 1999.
Her original centerfold was photographed by Richard Fegley. She was also the St Pauli Girl for 2002, and has been a Barker's Beauty model for the popular CBS daytime game show, The Price Is Right.
Kozar is married to ex-Cleveland Browns quarterback Tim Couch.

Heather Kozar was one of the best Playmates of all time and a worthy Playmate of the year. I remember watching the Price is Right as much as I could only because of Heather (and maybe Nikki Ziering), and fantasizing about her constantly - and I had no idea she was a Playmate! I was beyond thrilled when I found out she was a nude model. I thought she was perfect and she basically was. But there is one issue. The short hair. It's amazing when she's doing the "voluptuous Marilyn Monroe" thing, but I can't help but feel she kept doing it primarily because it was low maintenance and often the styling is boring as hell. Her long, wavy hair is stellar; I so wish she would have went back to it at least a little bit, but I don't think she ever did. I'm a big "hair guy"; I love beautiful hair on a woman, so I pay maybe too much attention to this stuff. That short hair though... it's less "fabulous pin-up" style and more "Grandma's easy-to-maintain" style. A drop-dead knockout... who still manages to disappoint. A little bit. Sorry.

just look her photos in 1998,with long curly hair ,it was not fit her shape,at her poty year,everything is suitable,although a pity about not maker more video scenes in other playboy films

I love her pictures with the long wavy hair.
I wish there were more. The short hair style looks great only some of the time. I feel like she kept doing it because it was convenient more than anything. But hey, she's still like a nine out of ten even on her worst day, so any of my criticism is basically splitting hairs (pun intended).

I can't tell if you're trying to be funny or not, so I'll just assume you're serious and write this as my final statement on the subject (and yes,I know nobody actually cares what I think; it's all personal preference): At her best she's a ten, at her worst she's a nine. Averaging out those two numbers puts her well over a nine. I believe that assessment is more than fair. I've always thought she was majestically beautiful.... I just like her better with long hair.
