Jeannetta Joy (born September 8, 1980 in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American glamour model and internet personality, who claims to be "the proud owner of the largest breast implants of any black woman in the entire world."

She had plans to increase her breasts to new 8000cc implants, and intended to fund them through creating content for her fans. In 2020, she had 5000 CC expanders installed. However, due to complications, one of them had to be removed, leaving her with only one expander installed, and due to the conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, she was unable to get an appointment to have her other implant fixed.

Jeannetta started a fundraiser to get her implant repaired, but the fundraiser ended in July of 2020 without collecting the necessary funds.
