About Ruddy Zang Milama
Perennes Paulette Ruddy Zang-Milama is a Gabonese sprint athlete.
Zang Milama represented Gabon at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.
In 2010, she competed in Doha at the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships, as well as the 2010 African Championships in Athletics in Nairobi.
In 2012, she took the gold medal at the 2012 African Championships in Athletics, and at the 2012 Summer Olympics she qualified for the semi-finals.
On May 21st 2014, she tested positive for a prohibited substance in an in-competition test, and was banned from competing for seven months. This led to the Gabon Federation suspending her in late 2015, and consequently her decision to permanently retire from sport altogether, shortly after.
