Brazilian presenter, actress, model, businesswoman and former dancer. It is one of the highlights of carnival in the country. She became known for being part of the program Pânico na TV for a decade, both the radio version on Jovem Pan FM and on television, initially on RedeTV! and then went to Pânico na Band, by Band. In 2013, she was hired by Record, where from 2014 until 2019 she presented a nightly auditorium program that bore her name, the weekly Programa da Sabrina. From March 8, 2020, Sabrina started to lead the Domingo Show attraction. The program ended in the same year on March 19, 2020. Sato also debuted as an actress in the Netflix television series Reality Z. In 2022 she announced her departure from Record after 8 years at the broadcaster, and signed a contract with Grupo Globo, where she was confirmed as a judge on TV Globo 's The Masked Singer Brasil.

She was Playmate of the Month in May 2003 and December 2004 for the Brazilian edition
She is half Japanese (maternal side), 1/4 Swiss and 1/4 Lebanese (paternal side).
