About Sammy Jo

My name is Sammy Jo and I currently live in Southern California! I am an IFBB Bikini Pro, Certified ISSA Health and Fitness Coach, Posing Coach and Suit Stylist with Toxic Angelz Bikinis!

I started my fitness journey back in January 2018 and as New Years Resolution to turned into a passion, a lifestyle and overtime a career! I loved being the one in control of my life and making the changes and seeing the progress as a product of the hard work I put in! I started competing in March of 2022 where I qualified for nationals at my first Regional Show. I then went on to compete in 3 Nationals shows in 2022-2023, where in July of 2023 I earned my Pro Card at NPC Universe in New Jersey! Jumping right into my Pro Debut the following month I earned 9th Place against some of the top Olympian athletes.

Knowing how much health and fitness has impacted my life I knew I wanted to help others to experience the same thing! In both aspects of being confident in posing on stage to being confident to wear a bathing suit in the summer time! I love having the ability to shape both men and women to feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies and teaching them how to balance living life and living a health life at the same time!
