First rose to fame in 1998 appearing on the MTV series Road Rules: Down Under. She would go on to make numerous appearances on The Challenge, winning The Gauntlet 2 and The Ruins.

Beyond her reality debut, she would earn a PhD in religious studies.

She writes for her educational blog The Gospel of Susie and has cohosted the Brain Candy Podcast.
FAMILY LIFE
She met her husband Adam Butler while filming The Challenge: The Ruins. He was working as a sound mixer on the crew. Together they have one son.
