Jessica Woynilko, known by her ring name Tiffany Stratton, is an American professional wrestler, bodybuilder, and gymnast. As of January 2024, she is signed to WWE, performing for the NXT brand, and is a former NXT Women's Champion.

Woynilko was born on May 1, 1999, in Prior Lake, Minnesota. She graduated from St. Catherine University and practiced trampoline gymnastics for several years. She is of Belarusian descent.

Woynilko made her professional wrestling debut on November 16, 2021, after being trained by Greg Gagne and Ken Anderson. She debuted under the ring name Tiffany Stratton, taking on a glamorous woman gimmick. She quickly made a name for herself in WWE's developmental brand, NXT, and won the NXT Women's Championship, holding the title for 107 days.

In addition to her wrestling career, Woynilko has a background in weightlifting and bodybuilding, having won several championships in these fields. Her parents encouraged her to pursue professional wrestling, leading her to train with Greg Gagne.

As of September 2023, she held the NXT Women's Championship title. She was promoted to the main roster on SmackDown in February 2024 and is currently the reigning WWE Women's Champion. She is also a former holder of the Women's Money in the Bank contract.
