About Monique Evans

On Brazilian TV, she has participated in soap operas, comedy or auditorium programs and reality shows between 1981 and 2012. In 2010 and 2011 she participated in the reality show A Fazenda. She has 6 cinema films under her belt from 1984 to 2018.

It was she who started the tradition of beautiful women leading/presenting the Samba School drums section at the Rio de Janeiro Carnival. They became know as Madrinhas ou Rainhas de Bateria.
