The only one who didn't worsen (and may have actually IMPROVED) after pregnancy was Katerina Hartlova, but she's the RARE exception. In the vast majority of cases, models never return to form after popping out a kid.....

They're implants. On some of the better/clearer pictures you can make out what appears to be scars around the nipples. If fakes work for you, great, but these certainly are NOT natural. *shrugs*
