I don't know how Whitney Sarka became her official main name. She NEVER used this alias. She used just Whitney. Also used just Sarka (Czech Playboy Oct. 2018). See https://www.indexxx.com/m/whitney-21 for all of her alises and where they were used. Another name for her is found at https://www.hotnsexybabes.com/2020/11/sarka-slachova-martin-bucek-photoshoot/. So I guess this would be condsidered a well-known name. Maybe the name found here should be the main name at Babepedia. At the least, Babepedia should go with just Whitney as the main name just like indexxx.com does.
