This site bio says she was born on 14th of November 1990. In November 2008, she would turn 18.
But She posed nude in Playboy Coed of the Week on January 23, 2008. That means she was still 17 years old in January 2008, ten months before her 18th birthday.

She also posed nude in a video on August 1, 2007. She was born in November 1990. So she would have been 16 years old in August 2007, three months before her 17th birthday.
Why hasn't anyone realized that Heather Nichole was underage when she posed nude? Why hasn't anyone reported it to the FBI?
