Owner Bob Guccione decided an award and follow up pictorial should be given to the buxom pin-up, resulting in her commendation as the label’s first Pet of the Year for September 1966. Not only did Ms. Dean-Smith win favour with Penthouse readers, but with the British public as well. appearing in additional top shelf magazines such as Mayfair and the Hammer film Moon Zero Two. As of today, Amber’s last known photoshoot was for Men Only in 1973.
