Lovely, naturally busty and curvaceous Cady Cantrell was born on September 12, 1972 in Lanett, Alabama. She is an American nude model and TV actress. Cady moved from her original home of Lanette, Alabama to Norcross, Georgia when she was 13 years old. Cady was a cheerleader in high school in Norcross, Georgia. She worked as a waitress at Hooters while living in Georgia.

Cady was chosen as the Playboy magazine Playmate of the Month in April 1992, and she has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. She in fact appeared on the cover of the video tape titled "Playmate Six-Pack" that was released on VHS and laserdisc in 1992. The video tape was # 1 for eight consecutive weeks as the top selling video tape under the special interest category. She also was featured in the video titled "Playboy's Wet and Wild IV" in which she appeared in two vignettes where she was outdoors riding on a boat in which contained Cady completely nude. The two vignettes showed extensive, complete full frontal and full rear nudity of Ms. Cantrell. Cady was also featured nude in a total of 23 "Playboy" newsstand special editions. Cady was only a 19 year old teenager when she posed nude for the magazine. Many of the photos in Cady's playmate pictorial feature Ms. Cantrell au naturel in the outdoors in which she said she felt right at home and completely comfortable with. "I love to be completely naked outside exposed to the elements. It feels so good and exciting at the same time with the risks of being caught. If someone did catch me naked outside I would not have a problem with it at all. I am a total exhibitionist and love having men look at me when I am naked and enjoying what they see. I want to turn men on and love doing so. The thought of turning on the millions of male readers of Playboy is such an empowering feeling that I relish. I really don't care how old the men are that look at my nude body and get turned on. I know Playboy readers come in all ages and that is great. Most older men don't have the opportunity to look at a naked 19 year old teenager. I know they long for it and I want to give them what they want."

At the time of her posing nude in Playboy in 1992, she was an immensely popular playmate, appearing at a time before the internet when men seeking to view nude pictures of women typically did so with the printed magazine. Playboy being the forerunner and most popular of such magazines at the time, would lead to nude pictures of Cady being viewed by men that numbered in the excess 5 million total.

Cady's pubic hair style can best be described as "moderate", as she grew much more pubic hair than the "landing strip" that became a popular hair style in the late 90's, but at the same time kept it more trim when compared to the unshaved, unkept look of the 70's and early to mid 80's.

Cady belonged to a group of Playmates that became known as the "dream teens" around the Playboy mansion. The group was a clique of Playmates that were teenagers when they posed nude for the magazine during the early 90's. The group also contained fellow Playmates Wendy Kaye, Julie Clark, Tanya Beyer, Tiffany Sloan, Echo Johnson, and Jennifer LeRoy. They were often described around Playboy circles as being very immature and were thought of as behaving "like a bunch of high schoolers" when in fact, all the members of the group had just recently graduated from high school when they posed nude for the men's magazine. They often clashed with and were not well received by the older Playmates, when in fact they were immensely popular and well liked by the males that visited the Playboy mansion at the time. The name "dream teens" was derived from the then popular "dream team", a collection of NBA basketball players that represented the United States at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

Cady was a favorite Playmate of then founder Hugh Hefner and he was set to name her as Playmate of the Year for 1993, however due to the numerous promotions the Playmate of the Year that involved alcoholic beverage companies, Cady would not be able to participate in them given the fact that she was only 19 years old at the time, below the legal drinking age of 21 years. Mr Hefner was reluctantly forced to choose the infamous Anna Nichole Smith for the title of Playmate of the Year for 1993 when he actually preferred to give the title to Ms. Cantrell. Readers and subscribers of Playboy magazine agreed with Mr. Hefner's assessment as she was the overwhelming choice of Playboy readers and subscribers in polls for who they voted for the honor of Playmate of the Year for 1993.

In 1993, Cady appeared in an episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ("Fresh Prince After Dark") TV series, more or less playing herself, along with the Playmates Tawnni Cable, Samantha Dorman, Lorraine Olivia, and Pia Reyes, as well as Mr. Hugh Hefner himself.
