Gaby Espino (born María Gabriela Espino Rugero in Caracas) is a Venezuelan actress and model.
Gaby is the oldest daughter of her family. She has two brothers, Mariano and Gustavo; and two sisters, Andreina and Nelly. Her father was a chemical engineer, her mother, Mariela, works in publicity. She was fascinated by animals since youth, and wanted to be a veterinarian. Later, she encouraged herself to study medicine, but desisted. She studied odontology, but was not satisfied, and ended up studying publicity. Originally she wasn't attracted in working on television.
Gaby is married to Venezuelan actor, Cristóbal Lander. In July 2008, they welcomed their first child, daughter Oriana.
