Ines Nobili graduated in Psychology, with top marks, from La Sapienza University of Rome. Her cinematographic career began in 1991 with the film "La villa del venerdì", directed by Mauro Bolognini. In 1998 she acted alongside Carlo Verdone and Regina Orioli in "Gallo cedrone".
