Coming from Narvik, she moved to Bærum at age 16 to attend the Norwegian School of Elite Sport She moved to Adelaide, Australia in 2022 to train. Australian Olympic champion Kyle Chalmers and his Norwegian swimmer fiancee Ingeborg Loyning have announced they are expecting their first child.

Chalmers, 26, and Loyning, 24, have been together since 2022 and celebrated their engagement just before last year’s Paris Olympics.

This week’s pregnancy announcement came complete with ultrasound photos, matching ‘mum’ and ‘dad’ hats — and a gender reveal.
